Guangliang Tian, male, Han nationality, born in November 1973, member of the Communist Party of China, postgraduate degree, senior engineer, is currently the party secretary and chairman of Beijing Hanjian Group Co., Ltd.

Guangliang Tian firmly established the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing", focusing on the ideas of "leadership buildup, team construction, regulation establishment, management strengthening, and development planning". He insisted on developing the collective economy and pursuing a road of the common prosperity. He has led the development of the Hanjian Group to become a large-scale national-level qualification enterprise, consisting of Hanjian Real Estate, Hanjian Construction, Hanjian Pipe Industry, Hanjian Finance, Hanjian Property Management, Hanjian Cultural Tourism, etc. He continued to explore a new model of “village party organization + enterprise party organization” to jointly promote the development of enterprises and the beautiful rural construction.
